Aaron Switz, better known by his stage name DJ Souzo, is an American DJ and producer with a diverse upbringing that spans across Connecticut, Toronto, Florida, Arizona, and Minnesota. Raised in various cultural settings, his passion for electronic music grew over the years, leading him to pursue a career in DJing in 2021. Inspired by the unique vibe of Japanese record bars, he opened Macanda HiFi, a club that blends the best of both worlds — an intimate setting with high-quality sound and a passion for global music culture.

DJ Souzo’s musical journey has taken him through a range of genres, ultimately settling into a deep love for Afro House, Tech House, Melodic Techno, and Progressive House. His eclectic style continues to push the boundaries of dance music, infusing it with rich influences from around the world.

Souzo’s career has been highlighted by the opportunity to open for some of the biggest names in electronic music, including Steve Aoki, Dillon Francis, and Will Clarke. His high-energy sets have made him a fixture in Minneapolis clubs, as well as international hotspots like NoRoom Bar in Cabo San Lucas.
